Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We strive to provide our clients with high-quality services and products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where our clients need to cancel their services or request a refund. In this section, we outline our policy on refunds and cancellations for our services and any digital products.

1. The policy for refunds and cancellations varies for our services and products.

For services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, clients may postpone, delay, or reschedule their services without penalty or time limit. We guarantee the quality of our work but cannot guarantee outcomes as they are subject to variables beyond our direct control.

For digital products, we do not offer refunds currently. However, buyers may contact us to discuss an even credit or exchange.

2. Clients who wish to cancel their services must do so within 30 days of contacting our company for one-time services. For retainer clients, we require one month's notice of cancellation.

3. Currently, there are no fees for cancellations. However, this is subject to change.

4. Clients are encouraged to contact the Company immediately and within 30 days of service for any questions, comments, or concerns to be considered. We are approachable and available to address any inquiries. To do so, please provide an explanation and reasoning for the request and have a conversation with us via email or phone.

5. This policy applies to all clients located within the United States.

We hope that this policy clarifies our approach to refunds and cancellations for our accounting and tax services and PDF/digital products. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions, comments, or concerns. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
